Florida's proposed amendments
Florida's proposed amendments
Here's a look at the amendments on the November ballot in Florida:
Amendment 1
Immigrant property rights
Sponsor: Florida Legislature
Synopsis: Would amend the state constitution to delete provisions to
regulate or prohibit ownership and possession of property by aliens ineligible

challenged.

improvements for energy assistance or wind damage prevention for tax purposes.
Amendment 4
Conserved land taxes

perpetual conservation easements or other perpetual protections.

fishing purposes, some vessel launches, public marinas and drystacks and
water-dependent marine manufacturing facilities, commercial fishing facilities
and marine vessel construction and repair facilities.

Community college local option
Sponsor: Florida Taxation and Budget Reform Commission
